Program Description

This new International Masters Program is an international class whose graduates are entitled to a Masters Degree in Integrated Microfinance Management (MM.KMT) from Universitas Padjadjaran. Graduates from this program also have the option of obtaining Integrated Microfinance Management certification by participating in a certification program conducted by the Study Program with Partner Institutions. 


This new Masters Program is an answer to the growing need of the Indonesian people for new cadres in the form of managers who master specific fields who will be able to implement reliable community-based management strategies in the fields of financial services, health, education, social, and integrated communication that aims to participate in the context of alleviating poverty and increasing community empowerment in order to achieve improvements in the health and welfare of the entire population of Indonesia


The MM.KMT program is very suitable for stakeholders in the field of Microfinance through the community empowerment process, such as Community Development actors, Social Entrepreneurs, Micro Small Business Developers and Cooperatives, as well as Village Owned Enterprises. With a study time of 3 (three) semesters.

Graduate Prospect

After completing this program, graduates will have the ability to:

  • Leading Government Institutions (GAs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Integrated Microfinance Management Institutions (IMFIs), Banking and Non-Bank Institutions (B & NBIs) and Institutions -Local institutions and regional organizations to provide various kinds of community services for the entire population;
  • Manage integrated financial, health, education, social, and communication services for the community, especially for marginalized communities and low-income families across the country;
  • Participating to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, especially in eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, and increasing community empowerment in Indonesia.
  • Banking professionals/financial institutions/Non-governmental organizations
