The Faculty of Economics of Padjadjaran University was established based on Government Regulation number 37 dated September 18, 1957 concerning the establishment of Padjadjaran University. This regulation came into effect on September 11, 1957.

Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) is an official who is responsible for the storage, documentation, provision, and/or service of Information in Public Agencies and is directly responsible to the PPID superior.

The realization of professional, accountable, simple, transparent, and informative public information services at Padjadjaran University to fulfill the rights of public information applicants in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
Mission
Providing fast, timely, simple and quality public information management and services.
Building and developing an effective and efficient information management and service system based on information technology.
Improving the quality of government administration through optimization of public information management and services.
