FEB Unpad Holds Event “Empowering Excellence Towards 2025: Lead Internship Program Preparation Briefing” at Driam Riverside Ciwidey

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University (FEB Unpad) held a special event for education personnel at Driam Riverside, Ciwidey. With the theme “Lead Internship Program Preparation Briefing”, this event aims to strengthen synergy and collaboration between education personnel and FEB Unpad management facing 2025 with opportunities for recruiting interns who can create an innovative and collaborative work environment.


This event was opened by the Vice Dean for Learning, Student Affairs, and Research of FEB Unpad, Dr. Adiatma Yudistira Manogar Siregar, SE., ME.Con.St, who in his speech emphasized the importance of synergy in building a superior FEB Unpad.


“Strong collaboration between education personnel and management is the main key in achieving FEB Unpad’s strategic targets towards 2025. This event is an important initial step to align the vision between education personnel and new managers at FEB Unpad,” said Dr. Adiatma.


The selection of Driam Riverside, Ciwidey, as the event location adds positive value with its fresh natural atmosphere and supports the creation of a conducive atmosphere for discussion and socialization. This location allows participants to be more focused and inspired in following the series of activities.


Various interesting sessions were presented in this event, including the presence of Fredrick Dermawan Purba, M.Psi., Ph.D., Psychologist. as a resource person in the Interactive Discussion session with a discussion related to challenges and opportunities in carrying out duties as educational personnel with the Work-Life Integration concept that prioritizes responsibility and integrity both as individuals in the family and professionals in the work environment.


An in-depth explanation of the internship program to produce educational personnel who are superior, innovative, and adaptive to change was delivered by the Manager of Resources, Planning, and Information FEB Unpad, Arif Firmansyah, S.Si., MT.


Vice Dean for Resources and Organization, Dina Sartika, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. also emphasized that this event is an important momentum to prepare FEB Unpad’s educational staff to face various challenges in 2025. “We want to build a solid and competent team so that FEB Unpad can continue to be a world-class faculty of economics and business,” he said.


The event was closed with an entertainment session and distribution of door prizes, so that the close atmosphere of togetherness was increasingly felt among the participants.


FEB Unpad through this event demonstrated its commitment to not only developing academic quality, but also supporting the professional development of educational staff. With the spirit of synergy and innovation, FEB Unpad is optimistic that it will be able to face future challenges and achieve strategic targets towards 2025.
