PwC Indonesia Donates 20 Laptops to Support Unpad Faculty of Economics and Business Students in Completing Their Final Projects

JATINANGOR — The Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University (FEB Unpad), in collaboration with the Public Accounting Firm Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan (PwC Indonesia), officially distributed 20 laptops to students working on their final assignments but lacking learning support devices.

The distribution of the assistance took place in conjunction with the “PwC Indonesia Campus Hiring 2026” event held at the FEB Unpad campus in Jatinangor on Saturday (May 21, 2026).

The laptops are intended for FEB Unpad students receiving the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) scholarship who have entered their seventh semester or are beginning to write their theses and do not yet have their own laptops.

Unlike typical grants, this assistance is managed as a revolving loan facility. Laptops are loaned to students for a specified period throughout the final assignment process, then returned and re-loaned to the next student based on their queue and level of urgency. This mechanism allows a single laptop to benefit multiple students, ensuring a sustainable impact of PwC Indonesia’s assistance.

Symbolically, Dimas Bimo, Legal Director of PwC Indonesia, handed over the aid to Dr. Ersa Triwahyuni, Head of the Accounting Study Center at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University (FEB Unpad), who then handed it over to representatives of the beneficiary students.

The Dean of FEB Unpad, Prof. Mohamad Fahmi, expressed his appreciation for the contribution. “We hope the collaboration between FEB Unpad and PwC Indonesia will continue to be established and sustainable in the future. We wish PwC Indonesia continued success and continued to be an inspiring partner in advancing national education,” he said.

In today’s digital era, the lack of adequate work equipment often hinders students from completing their studies on time. These laptops are expected to provide a bridge for FEB Unpad students to access research references, process data, and complete their final assignments without technical difficulties, while simultaneously easing their financial burden and providing motivation to graduate quickly and enter the professional world.
