FEB Unpad became a pioneer in developing integrity zones at Padjadjaran University, this started when the Chancellor of Unpad Prof. Dr. Rina Indiastuti appointed FEB Unpad as a pilot project for implementing the Integrity Zone within Unpad. As a reinforcement of this appointment, on Tuesday, 19 May 2020, an integrity zone was declared at FEB Unpad with the signing of an integrity pact by the Chancellor of Unpad, Prof. Dr. Rina Indiastuti and 13th Dean of FEB Unpad Prof. Yudi Azis. The signing of the integrity pact was carried out in a hybrid manner attended by the leaders of Padjadjaran University and also officials within the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. The signing of the integrity pact strengthens the institution’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of honesty, accountability and transparency in all aspects.
In 2021 Prof. Yudi Azis completed his term as dean 13 and was replaced by Prof. Dr. Nunuy Nur Afiah, as well as the deputy dean at that time, Dr. Mohamad Fahmi and replaced by Prof. Maman Setiawan as deputy dean for learning, student affairs and research and Dr. Kurniawan Saefullah as deputy dean for organization and resources. With the change in management at the FEB Unpad dean level, there were also changes in the management of the integrity zone committee, Prof. Maman Setiawan as deputy dean for learning, student affairs and research was asked to be the coordinator in the ZI implementation process at FEB.
In the process, FEB Unpad continues to strive to implement integrity zones in all faculty work units and actively socializes it to the entire Unpad academic community and is also actively involved with stakeholders, including students, lecturers, staff, alumni and the wider community, to promote dialogue and collaboration in upholding integrity standards through 6 pillars which include (i) Change management, (ii) Governance Arrangement, (iii) HR Management Arrangement, (iv) Strengthening Supervision, (v) Strengthening Performance Accountability, (vi) Improving service quality public.
FEB Unpad continues to improve in terms of public services by providing various training that can improve the capabilities of both teaching and educational staff as well as facilities and infrastructure according to established standards by providing comfortable work facilities for teaching and educational staff, increasing creative space for students and public facilities for stakeholders and the general public.
Through a comprehensive framework and collective efforts, FEB Unpad gradually implemented the Integrity Zone which in the end FEB Unpad succeeded in achieving the title of Corruption Free Regional Integrity Zone (ZI – WBK). on December 20, 2021.

This ZI-WBK predicate means that FEB Unpad must continue to implement behavior with integrity and improve public services and develop various innovations. Feb Unpad is determined to maintain the title of corruption-free regional integrity zone (ZI – WBK) and continues the process to obtain the title of clean serving bureaucratic regional integrity zone (ZI – WBBM). As a real commitment to implementing ZI WBK and achieving ZI WBBM, FEB Unpad is again implementing the declaration of an integrity zone towards ZI WBBM by signing an integrity pact by all faculty leaders and faculty management officials as well as representatives of educational staff which will be held at the Unpad Training Center on March 15 2023.

Implementing an integrity zone in an institution is not something that is easy to achieve with the various complexities and challenges faced by leaders and managers in the FEB Unpad environment and are required to become role models for the academic community not only in the FEB Unpad environment but also in the Unpad and national environment. FEB Unpad with its tagline “leading and inspiring” has proven to be a role model and provides example and inspiration both institutionally and individually by proving:
1. FEB Unpad is the only Faculty of Economics and Business in Indonesia that has received the ZI-WBK Predicate.
2. FEB Unpad is included in the QS WUR ranking by subject with an increasing trend from 500+ in 2000 to 450+ in 2021-203 and increasing to 400+ in 2024.
3. FEB Unpad is a Faculty at Unpad which has been the best Faculty in the field of Teaching and Research for 4 years in a row through the Pradja Brata award.
4. Several individual role models have provided examples and inspiration, including
(i) Prof. Rina Indiastuti is a Professor at FEB Unpad who is Chancellor of Padjadjaran University for the 2019-2024 period.
(ii) Prof. Armida S. Alisjahbana is a Professor who had a career at the United Nations as Executive Secretary at UNESCAP.
(iii) Prof. Dr. Arief Anshory Yusuf is a Professor of FEB Unpad who is Chair of the Unpad Professor Council and Chair of the Board of the Indonesian Professors Forum.
(iv) The Dean of FEB Unpad has given his contribution at the national level by holding positions on the executive boards of LAMEMBA and AFEBI.
(v) The Deputy Dean for Academic, Student Affairs and Research became the best researcher in the field of socio-humanities at Unpad for two consecutive years during the 2021-2022 period. He is also BNI’s regional chief economist for the 2020-2023 period.
(vi) Prof. Ilya Avianti as Head of the accounting department becomes main commissioner of PLN Persero in the 2019-2022 period
(vii) Prof. Nury Effendi as Head of the Accounting Science Department is a member of the Bank Indonesia Supervision Board (BSBI) for the 2020-2023 period.
(viii) Prof. Dian Masyita as a professor at FEB Unpad is the main commissioner of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk. Period 2022-present.
5. FEB Unpad has the most internationally accredited study programs at Padjadjaran University.

These various achievements reflect FEB Unpad’s unwavering dedication to maintaining a culture of integrity and excellent service from the entire FEB Unpad academic community. Throughout its journey, FEB Unpad continues to improve its services to make them better through service innovation (“wow services”) in the form of several new services such as:
(1) Virtual Office Services
This service is to answer the challenges of the service process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Process communication services using the zoom application. In order to be able to use it, limited service users cannot visit offline.
Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has passed, in 2024 Feb Unpad will still open Virtual Office services. This service is managed by ULT Feb Unpad.
Whats Up (WA) Call Center Service This service is a service from ULT in Feb Unpad. This service is a special Whats Up number which is open outside working hours. This call center can also be accessed via the Feb website.
(3) FEB Unpad Internal Grant 2024
Service innovation grant to support excellent service implemented in the Feb Unpad environment. This grant was made by FEB Unpad Education Staff, as many as 9 teams were accepted as recipients for each team. Innovations are made based on the needs of each unit.
