The training began on June 2 with a session themed “Effective Communication and Service Ethics” with a team of speakers from Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Participants were invited to understand the importance of empathy-based services, professional attitudes, and the application of ethics in daily interactions with academics and the community. During this visit, participants studied directly the flow and system of public services run by ULT Unpad as a benchmark for superior services. The training closed on June 5 with service simulation activities at SBA and ULT FEB Unpad, which provided a direct practice space for participants to apply the materials they had obtained in the form of direct services.
