Bandung, January 2026 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University (FEB Unpad) congratulates Dr. Ir. Muhammad Awaluddin, MBA, on the inauguration of Dr. Ir. Muhammad Awaluddin, MBA, as President Director of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on December 31, 2025.
Under Dr. Muhammad Awaluddin’s leadership, Jasa Raharja is expected to continue strengthening the transformation of public services, in line with his experience leading and implementing reforms at various State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Sriwijaya University in 1990 and then continued his management studies, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the European University, Antwerp, Belgium. More importantly, he is an alumnus of the Doctoral Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University, earning a Doctor of Science in Management in 2016. This academic background has been instrumental in shaping his strategic leadership.
Dr. Muhammad Awaluddin began his career at PT Telkom Indonesia, holding various key positions, from General Manager to Director of Enterprise & Business Service. He subsequently served as President Director of PT Infomedia Nusantara and President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II, the national airport management company. He also served as Commissioner of PT Pelni and Deputy President Director of Telkom Indonesia before finally being appointed to lead PT Jasa Raharja (Persero).
For the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Unpad, this achievement is a source of pride and tangible evidence of the contribution of alumni of the Doctoral Program in Management in supporting national development through leadership in strategic sectors. Hopefully, under his leadership, Jasa Raharja can continue to innovate, strengthen the quality of social protection services, and play an active role in promoting public safety and implementing modern, professional, and integrity-based state-owned enterprise governance.
